The residential area where this hotel is located is quite safe, and the staff is friendly and helpful. the hotel arranged things efficiently to help me make the most of my time. the room was comfortable, with nice bedding and covers, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained.

I did find that the breakfast options were limited, and the towels provided were less than desirable.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always offering their assistance for anything we needed. We enjoyed the convenience of being located close to popular tourist attractions, and the rooms were quite spacious considering the affordable price. The air conditioning kept the room cool in the hot weather, which we appreciated.

There were some major issues during our stay. the bedding and covers were in dire need of updating, they were worn and had stains.

Moreover, the location of the hotel was perfect, as I could easily access various modes of transportation to explore the city. Also, the hotel was located in a residential area making it nice and quiet and away from the hustle-bustle of the city.

The room's Wi-Fi speed was strong, and the hot water was abundant; these two facilities were definite pluses. the location was just a short walk to various shops and cafes, which made getting meals and necessities easy. Finally, the woodsy scenery out of our window was lovely for looking at.

We booked the hotel for six nights around New Year, and the stay was terrible. For such a long stay, a mini-fridge or a microwave would have been convenient, but there were none in the room, and the receptionist refused to provide one.
